How do I exchange or return an item?+
We really want you to love our products and how they make you feel.
If you're having second thoughts or need to make a change, don't worry! You have 30 days from the day of purchase to request a refund, exchange, or credit. Please note that all panties are final sale. Simply submit a refund or exchange request through our super easy portal!
International Returns: Please note that the customer is responsible for covering international return shipping costs. Additionally, we would like to inform you that exchanges are not available for international orders. Our international return policy strictly accepts returns only.

How do I get a refund or receive store credit?+
Step 1: Head over to our Return Portal to begin your return. Please note that ALL panties and ALL items tagged as Final Sale are not returnable/refundable and are final sale only.
Step 2: Enter your order number along with your email address or phone number. The order number must include "MONUS" (first five letters before the number). You'll find your order number (alphanumeric code) in your confirmation email or on the slip included in your package (it will be the number on the top right that begins with MONUS).
Step 3: Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the easy instructions.
Step 4: Choose a credit method
a. Store Credit: receive a gift card code for the full amount of items purchased by email once your return has been approved (save the $5.99 handling fee!)
OR
b. Original Payment Method: receive a refund for the full amount of items purchased (less a $5.99 handling fee) to original payment method once your return is approved.
You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs)
We’ll process your return between 3 to 5 business days from receipt.
Please note that there is a $5.99 handling fee for refunds only.

How do I make an exchange?+
Step 1: Head over to our Return Portal to begin your return. Please note that ALL panties and ALL items tagged as Final Sale are not returnable/refundable and are final sale only.
Step 2: Enter your order number along with your email address or phone number. The order number must include "MONUS" (first five letters before the number). Step 3: Select the item(s) you would like to exchange.
Step 4: Follow the easy instructions and choose
a. An item in the same style and color then simply select the correct size and complete the exchange.
OR
b. An item in a different color or a completely different item then select option “Shop Now” and choose the item or color that you would prefer. Go through checkout and you’re done!
Please note that there is no handling fee on exchanges (save $5.99…YAY!)

Special Notes On Returns and Exchanges (including panties)+
Please note that ALL panties and ALL items tagged as Final Sale are not returnable/refundable and are final sale only.
Due to health and safety concerns, intimate garments containing a crotch or gusset cannot be returned or exchanged. All panties are final sale.
When you receive merchandise, we ask that you not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase as scents or marks can be left, which will make the item non-returnable.
Any item that appears washed, worn or smells of smoke or perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged, and we reserve the right to refuse these returns.
Items must be packaged to protect their shape, and we suggest insured mail, so that you have a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the product is damaged due to improper packaging.
All returns are subject to a $5.99 handling fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you, unless we’ve made an error, or the item is defective.
All exchanges are free of charge. If you make a combined return and exchange, the $5.99 handling fee will still be charged.
Any returned or exchanged items that do not meet our standard will be returned, if desired, at your expense.
Any Sale items may be returned or exchanged according to the guidelines above, unless noted.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?+
Once received, returns will take 3-5 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays).
If I want to return or exchange an item, will I receive free shipping?+
If you choose to exchange or receive store credit, the process will be free of charge (save $5.99…YAY!)
If you would like a refund to your original payment method, we deduct $5.99 off the amount to be returned to you as a fee for processing your return.

What if my order is wrong or merchandise is defective?+
We take pride and care in the products we sell, and we inspect all orders before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made, or the merchandise is defective, please follow one of these 2 options.
1. If you’d like to exchange or receive store credit for the wrong or defective item, simply go to Return Portal and follow the instructions listed above in section “How do I make an exchange?”
2.If you’d like a refund for the defective or wrong item, please send an email to info@montelleintimates.com. We will reimburse the $5.99 handling fee, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise (where applicable).
Defects must be identified within 14 days of receipt and manufacturer's warranty is usually voided if care instructions were not properly followed
