How to measure+
Step 1: BUST
Measure completely around the fullest part of the bust without flattening your breasts, ensuring that the tape measure is straight.
Step 2: BAND
Using the measuring tape, measure around your rib cage directly under your bust. Ensure the tape measure is directly on your skin and straight, with a snug fit. (No decimals, please! Round up or round down).

Montelle will be closed from December 24th to January 3rd inclusive for Christmas and New Year, but the elves are still processing holiday packages. Please be patient with your order.
What are the shipping fees?
Continental USA and Canada:
FREE ground shipping when you spend over $50, after discounts have been applied and before taxes.
For orders under $50, shipping is $8.00 US.
Puerto Rico, Hawai, Alaska: All orders will be shipped for a fee of $35 US for 3-day shipping
When will I receive my order? +
Please note that we can only guarantee the exact delivery date when a customer chooses Express Shipping. However, this guarantee does not apply during the holiday season and we are not liable for delays incurred by carriers.
Standard Ground Shipping will arrive 7-10 days after you place your order. You will receive a tracking number, however guaranteed delivery is only available with Express Shipping orders.
Canadian orders: Orders shipped within Canada with Canada Post are experiencing delays of up to 4 weeks due to Canada post volumes. Please note that any carrier delays as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are outside of our control and we are not responsible for unforeseen delays. If you need your order quickly, we recommend you opt for Express Shipping.
International orders: We ship to the following regions*:
Europe, Mexico, Central and South America: $45 US shipping fee with a minimum $100 US order
Asia, New Zealand and Australia: $100 US shipping fee with a minimum $200 US order
*Please note that we do not ship to every country within these regions. All applicable taxes, duties or international merchant fees will be your responsibility.
Ground orders will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. For international orders, please expect 4-6 weeks delivery.
For orders to be shipped on the same day the order is placed, it must be received before 12pm EST or it will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order received at 3pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?+
Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to additional duties, customs and taxes. You will be responsible for all of these fees. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that we do not have any control over the any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
My package wasn't delivered. What happens now? +
If you don’t receive your package, email email@example.com at your earliest convenience. We will investigate the matter and if we find that we made an error or if the shipper confirms it was lost in transit, we will replace the lost item.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or cannot be delivered due to errors in the mailing address, missing information or where a person is not physically present to receive packages. If someone is not physically present at the shipping address provided and, as a result, an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will credit your account the value of the order, less the shipping cost.

How do I return or exchange an item? +
We really want you to love Montelle and how you feel in our products.
If you're having second thoughts or need to make a change, don't worry! You have 30 days from the day of purchase to request a full refund. Please note that we are not offering exchanges by the portal for the time being. Simply submit a refund request and purchase the product again! If your replacement purchase is under $50 and therefore doesn't qualify for free shipping, just get in touch with Customer Service at 1.855.774.0888 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out with a code for free shipping on your next order.

How to make a return +
Step 1: Head over to our Return Portal to begin your return or exchange.
Step 2: Enter your order number and email address, including MONUS. You'll find your order number (alphanumeric code) in your confirmation email or on the slip included in your package (it will be the number on the top right that begins with MONUS).
Step 3: Follow the easy instructions ship your parcel. We'll process your return between 3 and 5 days business days from receipt.

Special notes on returns +
Due to health and safety concerns, intimate garments containing a crotch or gusset cannot be returned. All panties are final sale.
When you receive merchandise, we ask that you not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase as scents or marks can be left, which will make the item non-returnable.
Any item that appears washed, worn or smells of smoke or perfumes can not be returned, and we reserve the right to refuse these returns.
Items must be packaged to protect their shape, and we suggest insured mail, so that you have a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is damaged due to improper packaging.
Cost of the return is at your expense and is non-refundable, unless we’ve made an error or the item is defective. Return shipping on exchanges and where funds will be reimbursed in store credit are free.
Any returned items that do not meet our standard will be returned to you, if desired, at your expense.
Any Sale items may be returned or exchanged according to the guidelines above, unless noted.
How long will it take for my return to be processed? +
Once received, returns will take 3-5 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays).
If I want to return the item, will I receive free shipping? +
We deduct $5.99 off the amount to be returned to you as a fee for processing your return.
What if my order is wrong or the merchandise is defective? +
Montelle Intimates takes pride and care in the products we sell and we inspect all orders before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made or the merchandise is defective, please email email@example.com or call us at 1.855.774.0888. We will reimburse you for the standard cost of returning the item(s) to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.
Defects must be identified within 14 days of receipt and manufacturer's warranty is usually voided if care instructions were not properly followed.
