Shipping and Delivery

Montelle will be closed from December 24th to January 3rd inclusive for Christmas and New Year, but the elves are still processing holiday packages. Please be patient with your order.
What are the shipping fees?
Continental USA and Canada:
FREE ground shipping when you spend over $50, after discounts have been applied and before taxes.
For orders under $50, shipping is $8.00 US.
Puerto Rico, Hawai, Alaska: All orders will be shipped for a fee of $35 US for 3-day shipping
When will I receive my order? +
Please note that we can only guarantee the exact delivery date when a customer chooses Express Shipping. However, this guarantee does not apply during the holiday season and we are not liable for delays incurred by carriers.
Standard Ground Shipping will arrive 7-10 days after you place your order. You will receive a tracking number, however guaranteed delivery is only available with Express Shipping orders.
Canadian orders: Orders shipped within Canada with Canada Post are experiencing delays of up to 4 weeks due to Canada post volumes. Please note that any carrier delays as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are outside of our control and we are not responsible for unforeseen delays. If you need your order quickly, we recommend you opt for Express Shipping.
International orders: We ship to the following regions*:
Europe, Mexico, Central and South America: $45 US shipping fee with a minimum $100 US order
Asia, New Zealand and Australia: $100 US shipping fee with a minimum $200 US order
*Please note that we do not ship to every country within these regions. All applicable taxes, duties or international merchant fees will be your responsibility.
Ground orders will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. For international orders, please expect 4-6 weeks delivery.
For orders to be shipped on the same day the order is placed, it must be received before 12pm EST or it will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order received at 3pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Express shipping rates (and all orders going to PR, HI and AK):
Continental USA: $25 US for 3-day shipping (after received by the shipping company)
Puerto Rico, Hawai, Alaska: $35 US for 3-day shipping
Canada: $25 US for 3-day shipping (business days)
Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?+
Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to additional duties, customs and taxes. You will be responsible for all of these fees. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that we do not have any control over the any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
My package wasn't delivered. What happens now? +
If you don’t receive your package, email orders@montelleintimates.com at your earliest convenience. We will investigate the matter and if we find that we made an error or if the shipper confirms it was lost in transit, we will replace the lost item.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or cannot be delivered due to errors in the mailing address, missing information or where a person is not physically present to receive packages. If someone is not physically present at the shipping address provided and, as a result, an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will credit your account the value of the order, less the shipping cost.

How do I exchange or return an item?+
We really want you to love Montelle and how you feel in our products.
If you're having second thoughts or need to make a change, don't worry! You have 30 days from the day of purchase to request a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that all panties are final sale. Simply submit a refund or exchange request through our super easy portal! If you encounter problems with the portal or have any further questions regarding your order, please get in touch with our customer service teamat (855) 624-0888 or info@montelleintimates.com and we'll help you out with a code for free shipping on your next order.

How do I get a refund or receive store credit?+
Step 1: Head over to our Return Portal to begin your return. Please note>panties are final sale
Step 2: Enter your order number along with your email address or phone number. The order number must include "MONUS" (first five letters before the number). You'll find your order number (alphanumeric code) in your confirmation email or on the slip included in your package (it will be the number on the top right that begins with MONUS).
Step 3: Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the easy instructions.
Step 4: Choose a credit method
a. Store Credit: receive a gift card code for the full amount by email once your return has been approved (save the $5.99 handling fee!)
OR
b. Original Payment Method: receive a refund (less a $5.99 handling fee) to original payment method once your return is approved.
We’ll process your return between 3 to 5 business days from receipt.
Please note that there is a $5.99 handling fee for refunds only.

How do I make an exchange?+

a. An item in the same style and color then simply select the correct size and complete the exchange.
OR
b. An item in a different color or a completely different itemthen select option “Shop Now” and choose the item or color that you would prefer. Go through checkout and you’re done!
Please note that there is no handling fee on exchanges (save $5.99…YAY!)

Special Notes On Returns and Exchanges (including panties)+
Due to health and safety concerns, intimate garments containing a crotch or gusset cannot be returned or exchanged. All panties are final sale.
When you receive merchandise, we ask that you not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase as scents or marks can be left, which will make the item non-returnable.
Any item that appears washed, worn or smells of smoke or perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged, and we reserve the right to refuse these returns.
Items must be packaged to protect their shape, and we suggest insured mail, so that you have a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the product is damaged due to improper packaging.
All returns are subject to a $5.99 handling fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you, unless we’ve made an error, or the item is defective.
All exchanges are free of charge. If you make a combined return and exchange, the $5.99 handling fee will still be charged.
Any returned or exchanged items that do not meet our standard will be returned, if desired, at your expense.
Any Sale items may be returned or exchanged according to the guidelines above, unless noted.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?+
Once received, returns will take 3-5 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays).
If I want to return or exchange an item, will I receive free shipping?+
If you choose to exchange or receive store credit, the process will be free of charge (save $5.99…YAY!)
If you would like a refund to your original payment method, we deduct $5.99 off the amount to be returned to you as a fee for processing your return.

What if my order is wrong or merchandise is defective?+
Montelle Intimates takes pride and care in the products we sell, and we inspect all orders before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made, or the merchandise is defective, please follow one of these 2 options.
1. If you’d like toexchange or receive store credit for the wrong or defective item,simply go toReturn Portal and follow the instructions listed above in section “How do I make an exchange?”
2.If you’d like arefund for the defective or wrong item, please send an email toorders@montelleintimates.com or call us at (855) 624-0888. We will reimburse the $5.99 handling fee, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise (where applicable).
Defects must be identified within 14 days of receipt and manufacturer's warranty is usually voided if care instructions were not properly followed
