Shipping and Delivery

Orders over $100 qualify for Free Ground Shipping anywhere in the continental USA and Canada.

All other services have the following fees applied:

Continental USA: orders under $100 US are shipped via USPS ground at a flat rate of $10 US
Puerto Rico, Hawai, Alaska: All orders will be shipped for a fee of $35 US for 3-day shipping
Canada: Orders are shipped via Canada Post ground at a flat rate of $10 US

International orders: Please contact us directly by email at orders@montelleintimates.com for pricing and shipping times. All applicable taxes, duties or international merchant fees will be your responsibility. 

Note: Ground orders will arrive 7-10 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note: Please consult our complete return policy before trying on your garments to avoid disappointment.

Express shipping rates (and all orders going to PR, HI and AK):

Continental USA - $25 US for 2-day shipping
Puerto Rico, Hawai, Alaska: $35 US for 3-day shipping
Canada: $25 US for 2-day shipping 

International orders: Please contact us directly by email at orders@montelleintimates.com for pricing and shipping times. All applicable taxes, duties or international merchant fees will be your responsibility. 

Please note: for orders to be shipped on the same day the order is placed, it must be received before 12pm EST or it will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order received at 3pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?

Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to additional duties, customs and taxes. You will be responsible for all of these fees. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Montelle Intimates does not have any control over the any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

 

My package wasn't delivered.  What happens now?

If you don’t receive your package, email orders@montelleintimates.com at your earliest convenience.  We will investigate the matter and if we find that we made an error or if the shipper confirms it was lost in transit, we will replace the lost item.

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to errors in the mailing address, missing information or where a person is not physically present to receive packages.  If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will credit your account the value of the order, less the shipping cost.
